FocusDay is a distraction-free Pomodoro and focus timer designed to help you stay focused, complete tasks, and understand how you spend your time. We take your privacy seriously and keep data collection to a minimum.

Information Collection

FocusDay does not collect or store personal content such as your todos, or focus sessions on our own servers. Your app data remains on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account.

iCloud Sync

FocusDay uses Apple iCloud to securely synchronize your data across your Apple devices. This data is encrypted and managed by Apple. We do not have access to your personal content stored in iCloud.

Analytics

FocusDay uses Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage, such as which features are used and whether onboarding is completed. This data is collected in an aggregated and anonymized form and is used only to improve the app experience.

Purchases

FocusDay uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase-related information such as transaction status and entitlement access. FocusDay does not receive or store your payment details. All payments are handled securely by Apple.

Third-Party Services

FocusDay uses the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud for data synchronization
• Firebase Analytics for anonymized usage analytics
• RevenueCat for purchase and subscription management

These services are used only to operate and improve the app. No advertising or cross-app tracking is performed.

Your Privacy

Your data belongs to you. FocusDay does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. You can delete your data at any time by deleting the app or disabling iCloud sync.
